Job Description

As a Zoho Sales & Operations APP Functional consultant at Arabian Software, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients globally, understand their business processes, and customize Zoho Apps to enhance their operational efficiency and drive digital transformation. Your role will involve being a key player in Zoho implementation projects, ensuring that client requirements are accurately gathered, analyzed, and translated into tailored solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business processes, objectives, and challenges, and document detailed functional requirements for Zoho CRM implementations. - Customize Zoho CRM features and modules based on business requirements, configure workflow automation, and design custom reports and dashboards for valuable business insights. - Assist with data migration into Zoho CRM and integrate it with third-party tools and applications. - Provide end-user training sessions, create user documentation, and offer ongoing support to clients post-implementation. - Act as a trusted advisor for clients, manage client relationships, and ensure successful adoption and optimization of Zoho CRM. - Perform system testing, UAT, and support clients during the testing process. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of CRM solutions, assist in creating project timelines, and manage client deliverables effectively. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Zoho CRM, Projects, Desk, FSM Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities, modules, and customization options. - Expertise in Zoho CRM configuration, customization, and automation, along with familiarity with Zoho Analytics, Reports, and other Zoho applications. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with a Zoho CRM Certified Consultant certification and additional CRM-related certifications are advantageous.,
