Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports). Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data visualization best practices. Experience with Zoho ecosystem tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, etc. Ability to write complex queries and formulas within Zoho Analytics. Basic understanding of APIs and data integration techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics. Integrate Zoho Analytics with other Zoho and third-party applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Excel, Google Sheets, APIs). Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and modeling. Optimize data queries and dashboard performance. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) to gather and analyze reporting needs. Create scheduled reports and implement user-based access controls. Provide training and documentation for end-users as needed.
