We are seeking an experienced ZOHO Implementation Expert to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of ZOHO applications across the organization.
The role involves end-to-end project management, customization, data migration, training, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless alignment between business processes and technology." , responsibilities:["Analyze business processes to identify ZOHO solutions that meet organizational needs.","Plan and execute deployments for ZOHO apps such as CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, and Projects.","Customize modules, workflows, and automation to match business requirements.","Coordinate data migration, integrations, and user onboarding.","Provide training, documentation, and first-level user support.","Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the ZOHO development teaM ","Gather and document functional and technical requirements.","Map existing workflows to ZOHO capabilities and define KPIs for post-implementation success.","Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.","Ensure implemented solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.","Customize ZOHO applications using Deluge scripting for advanced functionality.","Build reports, dashboards, and complex automation workflows.","Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.","Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.","Set up workflows, approval processes, and access controls for optimal governance.","Monitor system performance and handle maintenance activities.","Implement backup and disaster recovery plans for business continuity.","Design and deliver end-user training sessions, both onsite and remote.","Create and maintain user manuals, tutorials, and SOP documentation.","Collect user feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities.","Define project scope, budget, and timelines for implementation phases.","Coordinate between internal teams and ZOHO consultants to ensure smooth delivery.","Manage risks, change requests, and provide regular project status updates.","Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within set deadlines.","Plan and implement integrations with external platforms such as ERP, e-commerce, and payment gateways.","Maintain API documentation and oversee version control processes.","Extract, cleanse, and map legacy data to ZOHO data models with high accuracy.","Validate and reconcile data post-migration with business teams."
