Zendesk Admin

As a Zendesk Admin, you will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM tool to meet the Application Manager's requirements. You will work closely with the CX Technology & Innovation team and the Customer Service Operations team to ensure seamless integration of the CRM with third-party applications such as Chatbot, IVR, Nexus, and third-party sales channels. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day change requests, prioritizing tasks to maintain user satisfaction, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Keep track of user needs and requirements. - Optimize existing functionalities based on user requirements. - Implement new features to enhance CRM performance. - Collaborate with other teams for continuous development of CRM functionalities. - Work with Zendesk to maximize CRM benefits following best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality. - Monitor daily CRM performance and alert Application Manager of any abnormalities. - Maximize Customer and Agent satisfaction. - Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and AI advancements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with Zendesk. - Proficiency in configuring and maintaining CRM systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Familiarity with best practices in CRM administration. This job offers you the opportunity to work in a semi-hybrid mode in Hyderabad, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. You will have admin access to the CRM for configuration and maintenance purposes, along with all access rights to CX/CS data for performance assessments and business cases.,
