Role Overview: As a Bowling Senior Coed Coach at Satellite High School, you will play a vital role in coaching and mentoring student-athletes in the sport of bowling. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the bowling program at the school. Key Responsibilities: - Coach and mentor student-athletes in the sport of bowling - Lead and manage all aspects of the bowling program at Satellite High School - Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to manage large groups of students and athletes - Possess a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited program or university - Have a Florida Athletic Coaching Certification (Professional 5-Year or Temporary 3-Year) - Minimum of two years of documented sport-specific coaching experience at the secondary level - Strong understanding of the competition level of the sport - Preferably have three to five years of coaching experience at the grade level specific to Varsity vs. Freshman/JV Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited program or university - Florida Athletic Coaching Certification (Professional 5-Year or Temporary 3-Year) - Minimum of two years of documented sport-specific coaching experience at the secondary level - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large groups of students and athletes - Preferably three to five years of coaching experience at the grade level specific to Varsity vs. Freshman/JV Note: Temporary Athletic Coaching Certificates are not renewable in the state of Florida. To obtain a Professional 5-Year Athletic Coaching Certificate, you will need to complete the required courses in Sports Specific, Sports Medicine, and Sports Theory, and hold a valid CPR card.
