Enrich Lives Foundation (ELF) is a Mumbai-based NGO committed to empowering underprivileged communities through education, livelihood skills, and holistic development. The Yuva Pragati Kendra is one such initiative aimed at equipping marginalized youth with career readiness, life skills, and employability training.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled teacher to lead learning sessions at the Yuva Pragati Kendra in Lokhandemarg. The teacher will play a key role in training youth in digital and communication skills, conducting personality development sessions, and ensuring measurable learning outcomes through assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate daily teaching sessions for youth focused on:

o Basic Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

o Digital Tools: Use of AI tools, Canva and DTP (Desktop Publishing) applications

o English Communication: Speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills

o Personality Development: Grooming, confidence building, soft skills, and interview preparation

· Plan and deliver engaging and practical lessons tailored to students' learning levels

· Conduct Pre- and Post-Test Assessments to evaluate student progress

· Maintain attendance, student records, and performance reports

· Prepare teaching aids, presentations, and digital content

· Create a motivating and inclusive learning environment

· Collaborate with the ELF team for curriculum planning and student support

· Encourage students to pursue growth, discipline, and job-readiness

Qualifications and Skills:

· Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, English, or Education)

· Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential

· Working knowledge of AI tools and Desktop Publishing

· Good command of English communication skills

· Experience in teaching, training, or youth engagement is preferred

· Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with youth

· Ability to motivate and inspire learners

· Adaptability and willingness to innovate in teaching methods

Remuneration:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Will be discussed during the interview process.
