Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute YouTube TV content strategy aligned with brand goals.
2. Manage video production processes from ideation, scripting, to publishing and analytics.
3. Collaborate with content creators, analysts, and marketing teams for high-value content creation.
4. Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
5. Stay updated on YouTube trends, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques.
6. Engage with the community through comment management and interaction.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of social media management experience, with a strong focus on YouTube.
3. Proven expertise in fintech or financial services; forex experience highly preferred.
