About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a deep understanding of YouTube content trends, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos, including podcasts, vlogs, tutorials, and promotional content.
• Add music, sound effects, animations, transitions, and graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
• Optimize video pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal according to YouTube best practices.
• Work closely with the creative team to align edits with brand style and vision.
• Implement feedback quickly and ensure timely delivery of final videos.
• Maintain proper organization and archiving of video assets.
• Stay updated with the latest editing tools, trends, and YouTube algorithms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably for YouTube channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of YouTube formatting, aspect ratios, and content trends.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant editing experience (YouTube channel experience preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience editing for different niches like lifestyle, business, podcasts, or entertainment.
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly video titling and thumbnail concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
