Develop and implement the YouTube channel strategy in alignment with the organization overall marketing objectives
Create and manage a content calendar for the channel that includes ideation, scripting, production and distribution of video content
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that video content is of high quality and consistent with the brands tone and voice
Optimize videos for SEO to improve discoverability and increase views, watch time, and engagement
Monitor and analyze the performance of videos and the channel using YouTube analytics and other relevant tools
Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and best practices to continuously improve the channels performance
Manage the channels budget, including production costs, paid promotion and other expenses.
Minimum Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of hands-on experience as senior YouTube (SEO)
Engaging copy for Video descriptions, titles, Hash tags and tag Lines related to current trends
Should having experience in YouTube channel management, preferably in health care sector
Ability to work with crosses functional teams and co-ordinate during a marketing campaign
Familiarity with YouTube platform and algorithm, including SEO best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Creative mindset with a passion for video production and storytelling knowledge
