Core Responsibilities:

Leading Yoga Classes:Conduct both group and individual yoga sessions, adapting to different skill levels and needs.
Demonstrating Poses:Clearly demonstrating and explaining various yoga postures and techniques.
Providing Modifications:Offering modifications and adjustments to poses based on individual abilities and limitations.
Ensuring Safety:Creating a safe environment for practice, preventing injuries, and addressing any concerns or questions from participants.
Promoting Mindfulness and Well-being:Fostering a mindful and positive atmosphere that encourages participants to connect with their bodies and minds.
Monitoring Progress:Observing participants' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
