Job Title: Yoga Trainer

Salary - 450 KWD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Yoga Trainer to lead yoga sessions for individuals or groups, helping clients improve their physical and mental well-being through various yoga practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of yoga techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation, and be able to tailor sessions to the needs and goals of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and/or one-on-one yoga sessions
• Instruct students on proper alignment, breathing, and technique
• Develop personalized yoga plans based on client needs and fitness levels
• Monitor participants' progress and adjust sessions accordingly
• Create a safe, supportive, and motivating environment
• Educate clients about yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and wellness
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the yoga space
• Stay up to date with yoga trends and techniques
• Ensure all sessions comply with safety and wellness standards

Requirements:

• Certification from a recognized yoga institute
• Prior experience teaching yoga
• Strong knowledge of various yoga styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate poses
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
• CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹128,000.00 per month
