Job Title: Yoga Teacher / Instructor Location: Macau Employment Type: Full-time Reporting to: Centre Manager / Wellness Director Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, certified, and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team in Macau . The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members through safe and engaging yoga sessions, promoting physical and mental well-being, and fostering a supportive and inclusive studio environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead group and/or private yoga classes across different levels (beginner to advanced). Instruct a variety of yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, etc.). Provide individualized attention and modifications to suit all skill levels and physical conditions. Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure class safety and alignment. Maintain a positive, professional, and motivational atmosphere in class. Collaborate with team members on special workshops, retreats, or wellness programs. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the yoga studio before and after classes. Participate in ongoing education, workshops, and staff training as required. Requirements: Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 minimum or equivalent). Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (newly certified instructors may also apply with strong practice and presentation skills). Knowledge of anatomy, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Strong communication skills and a calm, encouraging presence. Fluency in English; knowledge of Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus. Valid work permit/visa for Macau (if not a local resident) or willingness to relocate. Preferred Qualities: Experience in teaching special groups (e.g., prenatal, elderly, kids). Background in holistic wellness, Ayurveda, or meditation is an advantage. Passion for health, well-being, and continuous learning.
