Yoga Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Yoga Instructor with a foundational understanding of Ayurveda principles to guide clients toward holistic health and well-being. The ideal candidate will integrate yoga practices with Ayurvedic concepts of balance, body constitution (doshas), and lifestyle management to support physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group yoga sessions tailored to clients’ needs and Ayurvedic body types (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).
• Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners to design integrated wellness programs combining yoga, diet, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Guide clients in asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques aligned with Ayurvedic healing goals.
• Educate clients about the connection between yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic health.
• Maintain detailed session records and progress reports.
• Ensure the yoga studio environment is clean, safe, and conducive to healing.
• Participate in wellness workshops, retreats, and community programs.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge or certification in Ayurveda (e.g., Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Diploma in Ayurveda, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
