The company offers a range of services including certified fitness professionals trained in South East Asia and European countries, corporate yoga and meditation sessions, interactive presentations on yoga principles, mindfulness retreats, and custom-designed workplace programs.

Role Description

This is a remote based role (online) for a Yoga Instructor based in India, with the flexibility of work-from-home arrangements. The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for planning and leading yoga classes, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles. Day-to-day tasks include teaching classes, ensuring the safety and proper form of participants, and providing modifications as needed. Additionally, the instructor will facilitate group and individual consultations and contribute to the development of workplace wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in teaching group Yoga sessions (Online)
• Proficiency in English and Hindi, both
• Yoga Instruction skills with experience in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga
• Teaching skills, including the ability to guide participants of varying experience levels
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients
• Certification from a recognized yoga training program
• Passion for promoting holistic health and well-being
