We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor to conduct yoga sessions that promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and holistic health. The instructor will guide students through various yoga practices, breathing techniques, and meditation in a safe and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily yoga classes (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, or as required)
Teach asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques
Customize sessions based on participants’ age, fitness level, and health conditions
Ensure correct posture, alignment, and safe practice
Maintain a calm, positive, and disciplined class environment
Assist participants with lifestyle guidance and basic wellness advice
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the yoga hall
Keep attendance records and follow the institution’s schedule
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified Yoga Instructor (Diploma / Degree / YCB / AYUSH preferred)
Prior teaching experience is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and mentally balanced
Ability to motivate and guide individuals and groups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
