Yardi Accounting - Real Estate

You will be responsible for financial reporting and development accounting, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements for development projects. You will also maintain general ledgers, handle draw accounting, process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and run aging reports to follow up with vendors for outstanding balances. Additionally, you will record rent and other receivables accurately, generate AR aging reports, and collaborate with U.S. cross-functional teams to address accounting queries. Your insights and support will be crucial for property-related decision-making. Preferred skills and qualifications for this role include having a minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S. property management with a development focus preferred. Proficiency in Yardi and QuickBooks is required, along with advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills for collaborating with U.S. stakeholders are essential.
