Role Overview: As a Xyleme Developer at Dimentics in Pune, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing content within the Xyleme platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing content structures, optimizing workflows, converting existing content, ensuring content quality and accessibility, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content with educational standards and project requirements will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage content within the Xyleme platform - Design and implement content structures - Optimize workflows for efficient content management - Convert existing content to meet platform requirements - Ensure content quality and accessibility standards are met - Provide technical support and troubleshoot any platform-related issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with educational standards and project requirements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Xyleme platform, content conversion, and ePub development - Experience in educational content development and curriculum design - Strong technical skills in XML, HTML, CSS, and related technologies - Knowledge of LMS systems, AI-enabled tools, and digital publishing standards - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Experience in the educational or EdTech industry is a plus,
