Job Description

Job Title : Azure Administrator Experience : 3 Years Location : Remote Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Azure Administrator with 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure solutions, including major services related to compute, storage, network, and security. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA, with at least 12 years working in Azure environments. Strong experience with Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, and SQL Server on IaaS (VMs). Proficiency in T-SQL, PowerShell, and performance troubleshooting tools. Experience with backup and recovery, HA/DR solutions, and database security. Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and role-based access control (RBAC). Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration for database deployments (e.g., Azure DevOps). Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified : Azure Database Administrator Associate or related Azure certifications. Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises to Azure migration strategies. Knowledge of data governance, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and auditing in cloud environments. Familiarity with other database technologies (e.g., Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL on Azure) is a plus.
