X-Stream Fiber Executive

Role Overview: As an XFE-XSTEAM Fiber Executive, your role will involve identifying, approaching, and informing potential customers about the benefits of installing and subscribing to Airtel Broadband. You will be responsible for visiting residential areas and retailers within the designated area to seek out potential customers and persuade them to purchase Airtel Broadband. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on company products and features, provide service to customers through online leads, and maintain regular attendance through the Airtel APP. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and inform potential customers about the advantages of Airtel Broadband - Visit residential areas and retailers to convince potential customers to purchase Airtel Broadband - Stay up to date on company products and features - Maintain regular attendance through the Airtel APP - Develop leads of prospective customers and approach them - Provide timely competition feedback to the Airtel Team - Achieve monthly sales targets by connecting with potential customers and convincing them to purchase broadband connection Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets - Knowledge of broadband services is a plus Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
