X-Stream Fiber Executive

As a XFE- XSTEAM FIBER EXECUTIVE at Airtel, your role involves identifying, approaching, and informing potential customers about the advantages of installing and subscribing to Airtel Broadband. You will visit residential areas and retailers across the designated area to look for potential customers and convince them to purchase Airtel Broadband. It is important to provide service to customers through online leads and stay updated on company products and features launched from time to time. Regularly marking attendance in the Airtel APP is necessary to mark your presence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and inform potential customers about Airtel Broadband. - Visit residential areas and retailers to look for potential customers. - Provide service to customers through online leads. - Stay up to date on company products and features. - Mark attendance regularly in the Airtel APP. - Develop leads of prospective customers and approach them. - Provide timely competition feedback to the circle Airtel Team. - Achieve the monthly sales target for Airtel Broadband by connecting with potential customers and convincing them to purchase broadband connection. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Ability to meet sales targets and work independently. - Familiarity with broadband services is a plus.
