Job Title:

Qualification:

Wurster Operators

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Wurster, Fluid Bed Coater (FBC), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and Fluid Bed Equipment (FBE) as per batch manufacturing instructions.
Monitor machine performance and take timely action to address any operational issues.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment and surrounding work area.
Record production data, quality parameters, and maintenance activities accurately.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially with Wurster/FBC/FBD/FBE operations.
Good understanding of cGMP practices and safety standards.
Strong documentation, communication, and team coordination skills.
Flexible to work in shifts.
