As a Field Joint Coating Technician, you will be responsible for executing coating applications on welded joints, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your key responsibilities will include performing coating of field joints using FBE, PU, or liquid epoxy systems, carrying out proper surface preparation as per technical specifications, operating coating equipment, monitoring application parameters, ensuring adherence to quality, HSE, and client-specific standards, supporting QA/QC inspections, rectifying coating defects as required, recording daily progress, material usage, and application logs, following site supervisor instructions, reporting technical issues, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of tools and PPE. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in pipeline field joint coating, knowledge of FBE, PU, or epoxy coating application methods, familiarity with pipeline project conditions and HSE standards, ability to follow drawings, technical data sheets, and instructions, be physically fit and able to work in outdoor or remote locations, and have a basic understanding of quality inspection and surface prep standards. This full-time, permanent position is located in KSA with a salary range of INR 70,000 to 300,000.
