WTP Softener Plant Operator Profile
Position: Softener Plant Operator (WTP)
Experience Required: 2-3 Years (Mandatory)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Background (Preferred)
WTP & Softener Plant Operation
Hands-on experience in operating Water Treatment Plant and Softener Systems.
Strong knowledge in softener regeneration process (Brine preparation, Backwash, Regeneration, Rinse cycle etc.).
Able to maintain system parameters and ensure continuous soft water supply.
Pumps & Motors Operation
Practical experience in operating and monitoring pumps and motors.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge for pump/motor vibration, overload, leakages, flow issues etc.
Water Quality Monitoring
Cooling Tower water quality
Chiller water quality
Key limits: pH, Hardness, TDS, Conductivity, Chlorides, Alkalinity, PPM limits etc.
*HVAC Support Scope
Ability to coordinate and support the HVAC team during:*
Chiller operation
Cooling tower operation
Routine PPM activities
Familiar with operating parameters like condenser pressure, cooling tower approach, delta T etc.
Daily operation of WTP, softener, and regeneration cycles.
Monitoring water parameters and maintaining logs/records.
Supporting HVAC team in daily operation & maintenance activities.
Ready to work in General shift.
Must follow safety protocols and plant SOPs
