WTG Commissioning Engineer

Job Title: WTG Commissioning Engineer – Gamesa Project
Location: Gagendrkad, Karnataka
Category: TFG

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning activities for Gamesa WTG machines at site.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation of systems before handover.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, grid requirements, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, checklists, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with erection & O&M teams for smooth transition to operations.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues during the commissioning phase.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of field experience in WTG commissioning (wind company experience required).
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine electrical systems, SCADA, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to site activities and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to work at project sites under tight schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

• WTG commissioning: 4 years (Preferred)
