Maintain detailed technical documentation including system design, APIs, frequently occurring issues, and POCs. Support team members in implementing POCs and conduct performance evaluations. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and best practices.
