Job Description

Role Overview: As a Workspace Delivery Coordinator at Work Dynamics, your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations management and vendor partners to maintain a large, modern, and upscale office. You will enforce quality assurance for cleanliness and ensure alignment with the Workspace Experience team to create Customer Delight. Your agility of mind and service provision will play a key role in maintaining this alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Assign team members their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness - Have an eye for detail and effectively deal with clients, other departments, and housekeeping staff - Maintain clear, efficient communication and coordination with engineering and front of the house teams - Inventory cleaning supplies and order to ensure adequate supplies - Coordinate with vendor partners and investigate concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment, taking corrective action as needed - Ensure proper key control procedures are utilized by the staff - Coordinate with vendors such as Pest control, Horticulture, Floor maintenance, and Facade maintenance - Submit requests for repair and periodic maintenance of cleaning equipment - Schedule and complete all PPM works and audit the works completed by vendors with AMC contracts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/Degree in Hotel Management, business, or other related field - 2-4 years of experience in Soft services/facilities/hotel housekeeping - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and be versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
