Job Description

The Workspace Delivery Coordinator role at Work Dynamics involves overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations management and vendor partners to maintain a large, modern, and upscale office, ensuring quality assurance for cleanliness. It is crucial to align with the Workspace Experience team to deliver services that aim to create Customer Delight. This requires agility of mind and service provision to maintain alignment with the overall goal. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or a degree in Hotel Management, business, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in Soft services, facilities, or hotel housekeeping. Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment, versatility in meeting client needs, proficiency in MS Office suite, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. As a Workspace Delivery Coordinator, your responsibilities will include assigning team members duties, inspecting work for cleanliness standards, maintaining clear communication with engineering and front of the house teams, managing cleaning supplies inventory, coordinating with vendor partners, addressing concerns regarding housekeeping services and equipment, ensuring proper key control procedures, and liaising with vendors for pest control, horticulture, floor maintenance, and facade maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting repair and maintenance requests for cleaning equipment, scheduling and overseeing all planned preventative maintenance works, and auditing completed works by vendors with AMC contracts. If you have an eye for detail, the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff, and can manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, this role might be right for you.
