Worksoft Testers

You will join a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that helps businesses leverage digital technologies for business model innovation, accelerated innovation, and growth. With services spanning digital transformation, consulting, and application development, you will be a part of the team as a Worksoft Tester. Based in Pune, the role requires 6-10 years of experience and will involve virtual interviews in a hybrid work mode under a C2H job type. Joining within 15 days is essential. Your expertise in Worksoft Certify automation testing is crucial, along with experience in ServiceNow testing. You should have a strong grasp of testing principles, processes, and methods, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is expected. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing test scripts, maintaining Worksoft Certify features, and developing automated test scripts for issue identification and resolution. You will design and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for ServiceNow applications, managing defects and collaborating with development teams for resolutions. Ensuring functionality, performance, and integration meet requirements, you will identify performance issues and suggest improvements within the ServiceNow platform. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining automation scripts, executing tests, contributing to test planning, collaborating with stakeholders, reporting issues, guiding team members, and integrating Worksoft Certify with other systems like SolMan, Jira, and Jenkins. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, and defect tracking systems is necessary for this role.,
