As a Workshop Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our workshop operations to ensure high-quality output and efficient resource management. Your responsibilities will include: - **Operational & Production Management:** - Directly operating the CNC bridge stone machine for cutting and customized fabrication projects to ensure optimal performance and precision. - Overseeing all production activities to guarantee consistent quality and required quantity of finished products meeting client specifications and company standards. - Managing all day-to-day workshop activities to maintain an efficient, safe, and organized working environment. - **Team & Inventory Management:** - Effectively dispatching and delegating work assignments to the fabrication team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. - Controlling and managing raw material and finished product stock/inventory to ensure accurate levels and timely ordering. - Providing guidance, training, and motivation to the team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. - **Maintenance & Safety:** - Implementing and overseeing regular preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the CNC machine and all other equipment. Qualifications and Requirements: - Engineer in civil engineering or architecture or a similar field. - Demonstrable expertise with 5 axis CAMCAD CNC machinery, particularly CNC bridge stone cutting machines. - Knowledge of marble, porcelain, and quartz material properties and customization techniques. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality control.
