Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Manager (Two Wheeler) located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Workshop Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler workshop. Responsibilities include managing the workshop team, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves direct interaction with customers to address their needs and concerns, as well as coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

• Strong understanding of two-wheeler mechanics and workshop operations
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
