Job Summary

Jolly Motors is hiring an experienced Workshop Manager + Refurbishment Manager to lead and manage workshop and refurbishment operations specifically for used cars. If you have a solid background in multi-brand used car servicing, refurbishment, and quality control, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the used car workshop and refurbishment division.
• Handle mechanical repairs, denting-painting, detailing, and final vehicle quality checks.
• Evaluate and prepare cost-effective refurbishment estimates for incoming cars.
• Ensure high-quality standards for all refurbished vehicles before resale.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and keep refurbishment costs within budget.
• Lead a team of technicians, mechanics, painters, and support staff.
• Coordinate with parts vendors and maintain inventory control.
• Maintain detailed job cards and service records for each vehicle.
• Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in workshop/refurbishment operations in the used car industry (multi-brand preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and body shop work.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and workshop management systems.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
