Job Description

This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to ensure workplace services are consistently delivered at a high standard, meeting the requirements of occupants and guests while prioritizing safety. The role involves overseeing day-to-day service delivery by the Workplace team and vendor partners, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs. Collaboration with the Workplace Experience team is crucial to ensure service aligns with the goal of creating Customer Delight. Key Responsibilities: - Establish direct relationships with employees as a Single Point of Contact - Respond to and close feedback within defined SLAs - Share observations on misalignments with guidelines - Engage with different business points of contact to understand their service perspective - Execute employee engagement events and participate in promotions - Report concerns or patterns in employee feedback to Assistant Manager - Foster teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence - Support client-specific initiatives and technology roll-outs - Welcome guests professionally and address customer complaints - Provide information on available food options, programs, and services - Collect daily customer feedback and maintain high POY score - Raise awareness about new food programs, offers, and maintain grooming standards Operations Management: - Ensure functional operational control for excellence - Implement service tasks, procedures, and policies - Review supplier performance to meet contractual obligations - Understand operational and technical site requirements - Manage workplace management for office premises - Resolve user complaints and implement solutions - Prepare risk assessments and manage change control - Monitor and manage staff performance - Coordinate and oversee vendors for workplace-related services - Ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs - Work with all related parties for timely service delivery - Conduct data analysis and implement continuous improvement Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Minimum of 3 years in facility management or hospitality industry Personal Characteristics: - Detail-oriented and proactive - Self-motivated and trustworthy - Open to new ideas and challenges status quo If you possess the above qualifications and characteristics, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
