Workplace Experience Coordinator

As a member of the Workplace Experience (WE) Team at Unity, your main role will be to create an amazing and innovative work environment that enhances productivity and happiness among employees. This involves collaborating creatively with your team to organize social events, implement wellness programs, and enrich the thriving Unity culture. Key Responsibilities: - Enforce security protocols for visitors, candidates, and employees, including site-specific security measures - Build and maintain strong relationships with various vendors - Coordinate local events, luncheons, and other functions as needed - Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory levels, anticipating requirements, and placing orders promptly - Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth delivery of workplace services Qualifications Required: - Excellent organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, flexibility, and reliability - Willingness to assist with special projects across different areas as assigned Unity, the leading platform for creating and evolving games and interactive experiences, values diversity and offers equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on age, race, color, ancestry, disability, gender, or any other protected status.
