Workplace Design + Experience Coordinator

Role Overview: Harness is looking for a Workplace Design + Experience Coordinator to join their Bengaluru office team. As a Workplace Design + Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing workplace events, operations, and programs aligning with the global framework. This position requires working onsite four days a week and reports to the Manager, Workplace Design + Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate Workplace Design + Experience events while ensuring alignment with the global framework. - Support regional programs, maintain documentation, event calendars, and internal communication. - Manage vendors, ensuring internal and external SLAs are met. - Collaborate with vendors on event forecasting, coordination, venue selection, food menus, and dcor planning for office and external events. - Assist in organizing company social events, celebrations, and offsites. - Engage closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and global partners. - Bring creative ideas and maintain an eye for aesthetics in events and dcor. - Draft clear and engaging communications for event announcements and updates. - Track event metrics, feedback, and participation for reporting and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Events, or Facilities Management. - Hands-on exposure to facilities operations and workplace experience delivery. - Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative. - Proficiency with tools like Slack, G-Suite, Envoy, Asana, or similar. - Passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences. - Comfortable presenting; basic creative tools knowledge is an added advantage.,
