Working Student - Procurement

As a Working Student/Intern in Procurement at HRS in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing procurement projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual who is eager to apply their technical and soft skills in a real-world business environment. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders, supporting procurement processes, data analysis, and reporting. - Assist in executing procurement projects for customers from initiation to completion. - Handle large datasets efficiently, ensuring accuracy and extracting insights to support decision-making. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations. - Engage with customers to understand their procurement needs and ensure smooth project execution. - Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct supplier analysis, benchmarking, and cost comparisons to assist in procurement decisions. - Collaborate with different teams to align procurement activities with business objectives. Must-Have Skills: - Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, with Macros as a plus. - Proficiency in PowerPoint to create impactful presentations. - Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data.
