As part of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Sales Function located in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards various aspects of the business support, client management, and cross-functional collaboration. **Role Overview:** - Work with the sales team on Automation funnel, qualifying opportunities for Total Lab Automation, and managing the opportunity till closure using CRM tools. - Conduct Workflow analysis in targeted client segments, qualify the client for TLA, and identify the right solutions for specific customer needs. - Draft technical specifications for projects in collaboration with the Sales Team. - Lead client presentations for proposed solutions and respond to technical inquiries pre-sales. - Build client relationships at all levels through regular product updates and engagement activities. - Collaborate with L&D and Sales for Automation hardware forecast and provide forecasts to global marketing. - Marketing of Total Lab Automation products, launch new products, create market segmentation profiles, and align product development roadmap with market demands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with sales team on Automation funnel - Conduct Workflow analysis in targeted client segments - Draft technical specifications for project - Lead client presentation for proposed solution - Build client relationship at all levels - Collaborate with L&D and Sales for Automation hardware forecast - Marketing of Total Lab Automation products - Launch new products through launch excellence process - Create market segmentation profile for current and new products - Align product development roadmap with market demands **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of minimum experience in product management/Application in healthcare organizations - Proven track record of working under time pressure in a lean organization - Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results, and drive change - Willingness to travel within and outside the country for client meetings, trainings, and strategic functions - Effective collaboration skills in cross-functional teams and matrices for on-ground situations Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is dedicated to advancing and optimizing the laboratory to move science and healthcare forward.
