Overview

We are searching for a Workday Training & Accounting Specialist to support our finance and HR teams in maximising the use of Workday. This role combines financial and accounting knowledge with Workday expertise to train process owners and accounts teams, resolve service tickets, and ensure smooth adoption of Workday functionality across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored

  Workday training sessions

  to process owners, accounts teams, and other end users.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation to support ongoing learning.
• Provide

  first-line support for service tickets

  , troubleshooting and resolving Workday issues related to finance and HR.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and HR stakeholders to understand requirements and align training with business processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Financials and related modules.
• Support change management and adoption of new Workday features and updates.

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in

  finance and accounting

  with a solid understanding of financial processes.
• Hands-on

  Workday experience

  (Finance/HR modules preferred).
• Experience delivering training to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical processes in a clear and practical way.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with

  service ticket management
