Workday Time tracking functional consultant

As a Workday Time tracking functional consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday Time Tracking module. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and configuration of Time Tracking functionalities such as time entry, time calculation, work schedules, and time offs. - Conducting requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand time tracking needs and translating them into Workday solutions. - Configuring business processes, validations, time entry rules, and condition rules in Workday. - Participating in or leading testing efforts, including test plan creation, test script writing, and defect resolution. - Providing support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for end users and HR personnel. - Troubleshooting issues and providing day-to-day support post-implementation. - Staying up-to-date with Workday releases and recommending improvements or enhancements. - Creating and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user guides. Additionally, excellent communication skills are required for this role. Possession of Workday Certification would be a value add.
