Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday modules. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system integrity. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions. Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Experience in SQR , SQL for database testing Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. Stay current with Workday updates and new features to ensure optimal testing practices. Qualifications: Experience in Workday testing, including data migration and configuration. Strong understanding of Workday modules and functionalities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Workday-specific certifications (Workday Pro/ Workday HCM) is an added advantage Experience with HR systems implementation and migration projects. Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
