Job Description

The Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager will play a pivotal role within the Workday practice, serving as a senior consultant for implementation projects, client augmentation, and Application Management Services (AMS). This position is perfectly suited for a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing various responsibilities. Collaboration with practice leadership is key to drive growth in the UST Global Workday practice, while also contributing as a certified Workday AMS provider for clients on a global scale. In this role, you will: - Lead and cultivate the UST Workday Integrations practice in India, supporting global deployments, AMS, and client augmentation. - Offer hands-on expertise in Workday Studio integrations and provide guidance to junior team members. - Direct teams in collaborating with clients and account teams throughout requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-production support phases. - Supervise team workload and act as an escalation point for critical technical issues. - Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the Workday technical team. - Develop and maintain internal training resources as well as client-facing technical documentation. - Serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) during pre-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and success. - Collaborate with internal UST product teams to utilize accelerators and improve client delivery. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations, encompassing deployment and AMS/post-production support. - Profound knowledge of Workday integrations and tools, including Workday Studio (essential expertise), Workday APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and technical familiarity with integration technologies such as EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, and .Net. - Familiarity with Workday Reporting and BIRT development. - Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding offshore Workday teams, with a preference for India experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently. - Ability to excel in a dynamic, global environment and effectively collaborate across teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Background with a certified Workday AMS partner and/or possession of Workday Integrations Certification. - Solid comprehension of Workday HCM or Financials functional areas. - Experience supporting business development or pre-sales in a solution architect role.
