Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager

As the Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in our Workday practice, supporting implementation projects, client augmentation roles, and Application Management Services (AMS). Your entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities will be key in collaborating with practice leadership to grow the UST Global Workday practice. You will also contribute as a certified Workday AMS provider, supporting multiple clients globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and develop the UST Workday Integrations practice in India, supporting global deployments, AMS, and client augmentation. - Provide hands-on expertise in Workday Studio integrations and mentor junior team members. - Lead teams through requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-production support. - Oversee team workload and serve as an escalation point for high-priority technical issues. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and growth of the Workday technical team. - Build and maintain internal training materials and client-facing technical documentation. - Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pre-sales activities, ensuring client satisfaction and success. - Collaborate with internal UST product teams to leverage accelerators and enhance client delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations, with exposure to deployment and AMS/post-production support. - Strong understanding of Workday integrations and tools including Workday Studio, Workday APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and technical exposure to integration technologies. - Experience with Workday Reporting, BIRT development, and managing offshore Workday teams. - Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate effectively across teams. **Additional Details:** At our company, we are committed to providing quality services in Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Insurance, Financial, and Retail sectors.
