Workday Solution Architect

As a potential candidate for the role of Workday Solution Architect at TESTQ Technologies, you will play a major role in the technical design and development of the company's technical offerings. We are proactively looking to build a pipeline of talented individuals for future opportunities. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of Workday Studio Integrations to facilitate seamless system integration and automation with third-party applications. You will utilize Workday Calculated Fields to create complex logic and custom reports within Workday HCM, ensuring that business needs are effectively met. Additionally, you will design and implement Workday Prism Analytics to provide business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization capabilities. - Provide guidance on Workday API for data integration and external system communication. - Lead the creation of Workday BIRT Reporting and Studio Report Designs for custom reporting solutions. - Ensure adherence to Workday Tenant Management best practices to maintain a stable, efficient, and compliant Workday environment. - Conduct Workday Security Audits and Compliance to uphold system security, data privacy, and regulatory adherence. - Oversee Workday Data Governance and Master Data Management to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in data across the Workday environment. - Utilize PICOF for successful integrations and compliance with Workday standards. - Proven expertise in Workday Studio Integration and building complex integrations for third-party systems. - In-depth knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields Design, BIRT Reporting, and Studio Report Designs. - Strong understanding of Workday Prism Analytics for business intelligence reports and dashboards. - Experience with Workday API, Security Audits, Compliance, Tenant Management, Data Governance, and Master Data Management. - Hands-on experience with PICOF for integration certification and compliance. - Solid understanding of SQL Server for querying, data analysis, and integration with Workday systems. - Experience with Appium and Tricentis Tosca for automated testing of Workday applications and integrations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and lead teams effectively.,
