Workday-Security Specialist

Role Overview: You will be the Workday Security Specialist responsible for leading, designing, and maintaining all security configurations within Workday. Your deep understanding and knowledge of business processes, security domains, and security groups will be crucial. Additionally, you will provide support for other HCM functions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Security - Lead in the design, implementation, and management of security controls for Workday - Troubleshoot and respond to security incidents - Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure successful implementation of security changes - Coordinate Workday updates and product releases for security, assessing impact to F&D - Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss progress and share best practices - Track and optimize the utilization of Workday services currently purchased across HCM - Identify and implement opportunities for process automation across HCM Qualifications: - 3+ years of Workday Security experience across HCM - Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday security, including domain security policies and business process security policies - Experience configuring and maintaining Workday Security roles - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues - Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,
