Workday SCM Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the configuration and build of Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules to meet client-specific business processes. This includes system integration, customization and development, troubleshooting and technical support, data migration and load, testing and quality assurance, technical documentation, collaboration with technical teams, process optimization, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday SCM system. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the configuration and build of Workday SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, and Logistics - Design and implement integrations between Workday SCM and other systems using integration tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services - Develop and customize solutions within Workday SCM, including calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and custom business processes - Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot complex system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks - Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading into Workday SCM, ensuring data integrity and consistency - Oversee testing processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing - Maintain detailed technical documentation on system configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration processes - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and support multi-system projects - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday SCM system Qualifications: - Strong technical experience with the configuration, customization, and integration of Workday SCM modules - Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, and Web Services - Strong experience in data migration, data transformation, and data loading techniques in Workday - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Workday SCM - Experience in creating and configuring custom reports and dashboards in Workday - Experience with advanced calculated fields, custom business process configuration, and scripting in Workday - Project management skills with experience in agile methodologies - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Workday certifications in SCM or related modules are highly desirable (Note: Licensure and Certification in Workday Integration is an added advantage),
