Workday Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive change by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in reporting.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting tools and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with Workday updates and new features, leveraging them to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Workday HRM Reporting Specialist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools and dashboard creation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data visualization and analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerBi and other data querying languages.
• Certification in Workday Reporting.
• Typical experience 5 years plus
