Role Overview

We are seeking a Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Talent Acquisition and hands-on functional testing experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and integration teams to deliver high-quality recruitment process configurations, testing workflows, and end-to-end Workday solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Workday Talent Acquisition module.
  • Experience in functional testing (Primary) and integration testing (Secondary).
  • Practical knowledge of Workday recruitment configurations — business processes, functional flows, and setup configurations.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, business SMEs, and end-users.
