Workday Manager

As a Senior Manager, IT Business Systems at our Global Product Company, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of digital products within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. With over 50 years of innovation, we are looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in Workday HCM and/or Financials to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. In this role, you will lead a global team of Workday analysts and administrators, working across different time zones to optimize and expand our Workday ecosystem worldwide. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to develop and execute the Workday roadmap, driving implementations, enhancements, and rollouts. Your responsibilities will include hands-on configuration in Workday HCM and/or Financials, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance, establishing governance and performance KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting partners. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of Workday experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position. Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or both is essential, along with a track record of success in global Workday deployments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial, and Workday certifications in HCM/Financials would be advantageous. Experience with Workday Reporting, BIRT, EIBs, Studio, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
