Job Description

You are an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday technologies, specifically Workday Studio and Workday Integrations. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Workday solutions aligned with business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements, developing and maintaining Workday Studio integrations for smooth data flow, providing technical expertise on Workday best practices, conducting thorough testing and validation of integrations, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, documenting integration processes, staying updated with Workday features, optimizing existing integrations, communicating effectively with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards, contributing to continuous improvement of integration processes, and supporting the IT strategy by aligning Workday solutions with organizational goals. To qualify for this role, you should possess a strong understanding of Workday Studio and integration projects, demonstrate proficiency in developing and managing Workday Integrations, exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, have a proven track record of successful Workday integration implementations, show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model, display strong communication skills, and maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.,
