The Job

We are Seeking to identify a Workday Integration Engineer role, responsible for supporting and optimizing our Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Collaborating with a team of developers, this role will design, develop, and configure robust HR and Payroll Integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Workday development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HR and Payroll processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our organization’s HCM capabilities to new heights.

  • Manage and participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage and participate in design meetings and analyse user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write comprehensive technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality in alignment with efficient and standardized HR and payroll processes.
  • Test and debug to maintain system integrity and find causes of errors, collaborating with business partners and HCM vendor customer support as needed.
  • Stay current with Workday updates and leverage new features to improve our HCM infrastructure.
  • Staying up to date with new HCM features and functionality to optimize HR and Payroll processes, improving efficiency, and maximizing the value of the HCM application

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ Yrs of experience in Development and Integration.
  • The roles will focus on HR, HCM, and payroll processes, integration developers who will integrate Workday with existing applications. The developers will not be creating new applications on Workday but will focus on integration.
  • Candidates are expected to have knowledge of HR, HCM, and specifically payroll, with a background in Workday application development and integration.
  • Some prior experience Workday tools used, such as EIB, Workday Studios, and core connectors is required
  • The focus is on managing the development cycle, participating in design meetings, and aligning software functionality with HR and payroll processes.
