Workday Extend and Integration

As a Workday Extend Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Workday Extend platform to meet the specific needs of clients. You will collaborate with clients, analysts, and development teams to configure and customize Workday Extend applications. Your role will involve developing and maintaining integrations, reports, and workflows, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, and create technical documentation to ensure successful project delivery. It is essential to stay updated on Workday Extend platform enhancements and possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in EIB, Core connectors, and Studio integrations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant and 2 years of experience specifically as a Workday Extend Technical Consultant. Proficiency in Workday Extend configuration and integration development is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members. A Workday Extend certification would be considered a valuable asset for this role.
